Food seems to have become my favorite obsession – but in a good way. I’ve been experimenting with cooking more over the past few years, have been trying to eat local and visit the farmers’ market, and my husband and I have continued to be more and more pleased with the restaurant choices in Boulder and Denver. We have attended dinners in Denver with a (semi)-secret dinner group, and eaten at white tablecloth events in the middle of farm fields. Barring any very busy weeks, I’ve made it a goal to pick at least one new recipe a a week. I’ve even subscribed to Saveur. And I got to thinking that I should keep some kind of notes or journal on the restaurants we visit, the things I find at the farmers’ market, and the dishes that I try. So I figured I might as well do it online.
